I have a new job. I am going to be working in our chemo center. I am very excited! I am still going to work on the floor some. This is really good for me because I need some change in my work and I really like working in the chemo center. Please keep Eric in your prayers as God finds the right job for him.
Yes, in fact it is.
On Wednesday of last week, a very large, scary storm came through St. Louis. There were a lot of strong damaging winds. St. Louis is a mess! It was crazy, big healthy trees were just snapped in half! As of yesterday, over 500,000 people were still without power. Luckly Eric and I didn’t have any damage and we didn’t loose any power! Eric was home during the storm(I was at work) and he said he felt like the Wicked Witch was going to fly by the window. Two days later another strong storm came through and hit my mom’s house. She said Mt. Vernon and Woodlawn were a mess too! They lost power and one of the big trees in our yard fell on my mom’s van and my stepdad’s truck. They said it sounded like a freight train when through for 15 minutes! No one was hurt though!
Eric and I are looking forward to vacation next week. We are driving down to San Antonio with our two friends, Jaclyn and Pup(Bryan) and their new baby Luke. It should be a fun trip. We also get to see Eric’s parents. I think we both need a vacation!
Does anyone have any suggestions for good cars/vehicles? My car is running ok, but it is getting close to going to pasture. Eric and I are trying to do some car shopping, but it is pretty frustrating! The cars you like are either a)not the right choice ie: gas mileage, size b)way, way out of your price range or c) have seem to fallen off the face of the earth at the present time ie:they can’t be found!!
Anyway, I guess this is enough update for now! If only we had a kid, dog or new car then I would have to update more! We are still working on those pictures of our new apartment, which we are still loving!

Eric and I are moved into our new apartment! We love it! We have sooo much room and we have our own private patio! We are making some finishing touches to everything and then I will have pictures posted. Ok, now I don’t have anything else to update. Happy Birthday to my sister, Rachel, who is 15 years old today!
